My recent stay at Rodeway Inn Auburn - Foresthill was a mixed experience. the hotel's outdoor pool and hot tub were a welcome retreat after a long day of exploring the Auburn State Recreation Area. Despite some issues with the rooms, the helpful staff, especially Robert at the front desk, went above and beyond to address our concerns promptly. the historical landmarks nearby and the proximity to outdoor activities catered well to our group of outdoor enthusiasts. Overall, while there were some maintenance and cleanliness issues, the hotel's location and friendly staff made it a decent choice for a budget stay in the area.
